MONTHLY MUNICIPAL MEETINGS

All meetings are subject to change and all changes will be posted and announced on the news media immediately.

All meetings are open to the public.

The Common Council may attend any or all meetings and a quorum may be present. 

Board of Public Utilities Meeting

Held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM

Board of Public Works
Held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM
Conference Room

Common Council Meeting
Held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM
6:30 PM in the Conference Room in the back of City Hall to look over the bills and follow with the meeting in the Court Room
July, August, November, and December usually only held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month

Fire Commission Meeting
Held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM
Conference Room

Housing Authority Meeting
Held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM
Meeting alternate between Hillview Homes and Hillview Manor

Library Board Meeting
Held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM
(No meeting in July or August) Library Conference Room

Police Commission Meeting
Held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM
Conference Room

SIDA/Housing Choice Voucher/SADC Meeting
Held on the 2st Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM
Conference Room

Youth Board Meeting
Held on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 4:30 PM
Youth Center Conference Room

Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Plumbing Commission, Recreation Commission, Ethics Committee, Board of Assessment Review, and Cable Committee, etc. do not meet on a regular basis.  All meetings are scheduled by the Chairman of each Board and announced immediately.
