Advertising for public hearings, local laws, ordinance
Bills annually
BINGO, Bell Jar, Games of Chance licenses
City bidding process according to Procurement Policy
   (advertising, collecting bids, bid opening)
Countersigning of deeds for transfer of all property within the City
Dog Licenses
Garbage licenses
Handicapped parking permits
Hunting and fishing licenses
Maintains accounts and send out Indian lease
Marriage licenses
Plumbing licenses
Prepares Indian lease roll
Prepares and distributes all yearly budget documents
Processes insurance claims for the City
Processing of Accounts Payable for all City departments
Record keeper for the City of Salamanca
    (including minutes of all other Boards and Commissions, Local    
    Laws, Ordinances, Oaths of Office)
Recording of all minutes of City Council, Fire, Board of Public
      Utilities, Police Commission, Fire Commission, Recreation
      Commission, Board of Public Works
Registrar Duties (birth, death, and marriage documents)
Solicitors permits
Transfer Station tickets
